Prof. (Dr.) Dinesh Chandra Rai is a distinguished academician and an eminent scholar in the field of education. With over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has been serving as the Vice-Chancellor of Bharti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya since 2018.
